Nylon Micropore Filter Membrane

Broad spectrum filter membrane. Excellent hydrophilic property; resistant to medium concentration acid and base solution; compatible with organic solvents, including alcohol, alkane, ester, ether, ketone, DMF, DMSO, etc.

0.45, 0.3 and 0.22um membranes are for sterile filtration.

Precaution:
1. Pre-washing with distilled water or ethanol is required for filtration of aqueous solution or organic solution, respectively.
2. Use nylon or metal mesh (60-100 mesh) for supporting.
3. Prolonged contact with acid and alkali may cause nylon filter membrane to become crisp.
4. Pre-filtration is required to exclude large particles for crude solutions.
5. Liquid should pass through the membrane from the less glossy side.
